I just upgraded to a new HP computer with Windows 11 this week. As of yesterday, my HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw was working perfectly on both my new Windows 11 HP PC and my old Windows 8 Samsung PC. Today, I noticed the power was off, so I pressed the power button to turn it on. It will NOT turn on. It's absolutely not the power source as I've tried it on several outlets. All of my other devices are working from the same outlets. The printer has simply failed and of course the warranty just recently expired so HP wants me to purchase a post-warranty phone call for $20 that will likely result in them telling me to purchase a new printer. How does a printers simply stop powering on when it has not been moved or damaged??? I saw at least 3 other people had this exact same issue with the exact same printer - No one has responded. I am very disappointed in HP. Please someone tell me - Does HP make time bomb printers now that simply stop working right after warranty expiration? If it's a driver issue, I can't even turn it on to update said drivers. Do I have to throw this thing in the trash when it was working fine using the serial cable AND/OR wifi as of 24 hours ago?

I’m having this power on issue. I read solution for other hp laser printers that seemed to work (power off for 15 or 45 minutes). Why are customers figuring out how to fix this when we paid for a working product. My hp neverstop laser 1001nw is less than one year old. Will HP come up with a fix?
