I did the online setup yesterday on my new HP Desk Jet 2755e Printer. It must be working because I'm able to print off the Printer Information Page. This Printer Information page says I'm connected to my wireless network, the signal strength is excellent, but that my printer is not connected to the internet. Thus I'm unable to print anything as I always print off the internet. Could someone please help me. Thanks so much.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Try to do a wireless reset and then use the HP Smarty app to connect printer again.

Thanks for your reply to my post Greenturtle. Good news, I got my new printer working last night. I finally figured out I had to set the new printer to be my default printer. Happy Holidays to you and yours.
