My Officer Jet 8015 has worked properly for 10 Months using HP instant ink. However it last printed properly yesterday and now is refusing to connect to my computer with a message which says "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer". I no linger have the cartridges which came with the printer. I have tried a factory reset without success. I have also reloaded all the HP cartridges one at a time to see if that helps with no success.

I'd like to help!
I understand that the printer is requesting setup ink cartridges.
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
