Product: OfficeJet Pro 8035
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Seems to be trying to run HP Easy Start, again, for over half an hour.  No clue what is happening other than this printer is not functioning again.  My operating system is Big Sur 11.6, not 11.0.

 

How do is get someone on the phone?  This is ridiculous.

Hi,

HP Easy Start have nothing much to do with your printer model, but intended for older printer models.

 

You would need to install your printer with HP Smart, as listed on the drivers page of your printer:
