macOS 11.0 Big Sur

OfficeJet Pro 8035e just says "Validating...Please Wait." Tried to use aftermarket cartridges and returned to the original cartridges which are almost empty. I cannot get the printer to function as the present state will not allow me to communicate with the printer to print, fax, or copy. It is just "frozen" in its present state. I have tried to reset unsuccessfully. I have unplugged the printer, I have turned it off and restarted it. I don't know what else to do. Another individual had a similar problem with his/her OfficeJet Pro 8025e. The response suggested that there is a remedy but that was not shared publicy suggesting that the fix is is applied on an individual situation. The printer is still under warranty.
