I have wrong into an error in my printer properties that doesn't allow me to install the Automatic Duplex Unit in my printer. My printer doesn't have a Duplex unit installed in it, and I can't print anything. I've updated my PC and Printer. I have removed the device, and re-added it. I was printing papers out without any problem two days ago and I don't know what to do with my printer.

Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.
For more information, go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.
I assume you are using a Windows PC and hence would suggest you try the Windows built-in drivers. Follow the steps below:
• Go to Control Panel - Devices and Printers - Click on "Add printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.
• When the page prompts for the drivers, select "Windows update". The driver list will be updated.
• Click HP, Hewlett Packard, or Hewlett-Packard in the Manufacturer pane, and then click the name of your printer in the Printers pane.
Refer to this document HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver for help.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

@Rapidzach2, Welcome to HP Support Community!
HP OfficeJet 3830 does not support Auto-Duplex printing. Click here to check the specifications of the HP Officejet 3830 All-in-One series. However, you can do manual duplex printing by feeding the printed paperback to the tray so that it can print on the other side.
You may download the driver from this link.
For instructions to print duplex, refer to the documents below -
HP Printers - How to Print on Both Sides of the Paper (Duplex) (Mac)
HP Printers - How to Print on Both Sides of the Paper (Windows) (Duplexing)
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
