Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

The printer supports wireless.

The model is older - I found reviews dated 2012.

The router logs might give you hints about why the connection is failing.

Try connecting to 2.4GHz using an SSID named network that operates at that frequency.

What else?

Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
