@Tony451704, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
A blinking Wi-Fi light on your HP Envy 6455e typically means the printer is not connected to a wireless network. Let’s walk through the steps to get your printer reconnected:

Option 1: Use HP Smart App (Recommended)

  1. Download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store or HP Smart
  2. Open the app and add your printer.
  3. If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to Wi-Fi.
  4. Make sure your computer and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Option 2: Manual Wireless Setup

Reset the printer’s network settings:

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button on the printer until the Power light blinks (about 5 seconds).
  • This restores default wireless settings.

Reconnect using HP Smart or WPS:

  • If your router supports WPS, press the WPS button on your router, then press the Wireless button on the printer.
  • Wait for the Wi-Fi light to turn solid, indicating a successful connection.

If the issue persists:

  • Restart your router and printer.
  • Try connecting via USB temporarily to complete setup.
