Hi @Newmanismo,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer is no longer connecting to your iPhone, here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Restart Devices

  • Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a minute, and then turn it back on.
  • iPhone: Restart your iPhone.

Check Wi-Fi Connection

Ensure that both your printer and iPhone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Update Software

  • Printer: Check for any firmware updates for your printer and install them.
  • iPhone: Ensure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS.

Reset Network Settings on Printer

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to the Network or Wireless settings.
  • Select Restore Network Settings or Restore Defaults.

Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi

  • On the printer, go to Network or Wireless settings and follow the prompts to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.

Reinstall HP Smart App

  • Delete the HP Smart app from your iPhone.
  • Go to the App Store, download, and reinstall the HP Smart app.
  • Open the app and follow the prompts to set up your printer again.

Use AirPrint

  • Ensure AirPrint is enabled on your printer.
  • On your iPhone, open the document or photo you want to print.
  • Tap the Share icon and select Print.
  • Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer from the list of available printers.

Check Printer’s IP Address

  • On the printer’s control panel, print a network configuration page or check the network status.
  • Ensure that the printer’s IP address matches the IP range of your Wi-Fi network.

Reset Network Settings on iPhone

  • On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks, so you’ll need to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network afterward.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
