Product: HP Envy 6555e

I am trying to install a new HP Envy 6555e.  I can not finish the installation because it tells me my PIN is invalid.  

 

Yes, I am getting the PIN number from the label on the back of the printer.  No, I am not mis-typing the information.  Yes, I have rebooted the computer and printer multiple times.  Yes, I have tried to install the printer multiple times.  Yes, I am using the HP smart app.  I still can't get installation to finish, making the printer nothing more than a expensive paper weight.  

 

When I try to look up the printer in your help area it says the S/N is not valid.  ( my s/n is:  TH4ABDG149 )   When I try to call tech support I can't get past auto attendant because she won't  create a work order for issue because the s/n is invalid.  

 

Please help?!?!?
