I have seen previous answers and applied them to the process of uninstalling my printer. There are no files and the windows Run function I believe is the same thing as clicking the windows button, control panel, devices and printers, printer server properties then remove driver and driver package.
It doesnt seem to want to leave my pc for some reason.
This is the message I receive:
The following package(s) cannot be deleted:
prnhpcl3.inf (x64)
This package contains the following driver(s) that are in use:
HP LaserJet 100 Color MFP M175 PCL6 Class Driver; This driver is used on:
Hewlett-Packard HP LaserJet 100 colorMFP M175nw
The following driver(s) cannot be deleted:
Driver HP LaserJet 100 Color MFP M175 PCL6 Class Driver (x64) is in use. It is used on:

Please help
Kind regards

Hi,
Please power off the printer first.
From your PC, search for Notepad.
Open Notepage and click File > Print, then look for your printer model in the printers list there, right click it and select Delete, also, be sure to remove any listed HP printer if this is your only HP printer used.
Next, restart your computer.
Now open the Print Server Properties again and delete any listed HP printer, be sure to select the 2nd option to remove both the printer and its package and see if it removes then,

Thankyou so much for your help. It did work and was able to install my printer driver successfully via cable. But now im facing another problem.
Now that ive tried the cable option and work, im trying to enter my internet settings onto the printer via wired and wirelessly.
The wired and to automatically find the network on my computer option is telling me "The product was not found on your computer,
Verify your PC is connected to a network
Verify that the product is properly connected and turned on. If your product has been turned on, it may take a few minutes to initialize before it can be detected on the network.
If you have firewall enabled on this computer click "help" for more information on disabling firewall during your installation.
Ive deactivated the firewall and it still says the same thing.
When I try the wireless setup and to retrieve settings automatically then it states "unable to communicate with product. please ensure that your PC and product are connected via the USB cable and that the product is turned on and ready which they both are.
Thankyou
Kind regards
