Hi @YUNIS,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP LaserJet M201n printer is printing multiple pages after each print job, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue.
- Check the print settings: Make sure that the print settings on your computer are set to print only one copy of the document. Sometimes, the default setting may be set to print multiple copies, causing the printer to print more pages.
- Reset the printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 30 seconds. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. This will perform a power reset and may help resolve any temporary issues causing the multiple-page printing.
- Update printer firmware: Visit the HP support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. If there are updates, follow the instructions provided by HP to download and install the latest firmware. Firmware updates can sometimes fix printing issues.
- Check the printer settings: Access the printer's control panel by pressing the "Menu" button on the printer. Navigate through the options and look for any settings related to the number of copies or multiple-page printing. Ensure that the settings are configured correctly.
- Reinstall printer drivers: Sometimes, corrupted or outdated printer drivers can cause printing problems. Uninstall the existing printer drivers from your computer and then download the latest drivers from the HP website. Install the new drivers and see if the issue is resolved.
- Reset the printer to factory defaults: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the printer to its factory defaults. Refer to the printer's user manual or the HP support website for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
