I haven't used my printer/scanner in a year. Since then, it has become disconnected to the internet. I had trouble trying to reconnect it, so I hide the printer from my HP Smart app, tried to reset the printer, and start over again by adding it as a new printer.
Now the HP app is saying that my Location needs to be turned on. I followed the instructions it prompted, and the location settings ARE turned on. Furthermore, I turned off my firewall as well. I've done everything that I can find online and the HP is prompting me to do from turning off the printer to factory resetting it to turning off my computer to reinstalling the HP Smart app. I still keep getting this message, and I can't move forward. I don't know what to do!!! How am I supposed to move past this?? My location settings ARE turned on. In fact, I went in and turned them on for all my apps.
This is frustrating and becoming an impossible situation. I really need to use my scanner ASAP for job I'm applying for. Please help!
I've attached a screenshot of the error message I keep getting. I don't know what else I can do!
