Product: HP ENVY 6455e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My old Windows7 computer don't work with new printer ENVY 6455e. New computer of my wife working with printer good. On the box I see - printer accept Windows 7.  All the programs installed, but print and scan doctor tell-they not installed to the end.  I was able to print Alignment page on my new printer using my old computer. But nothing more.

I understand you are not able to print from your Win 7 computer. Yes, this printer is compatible with Win 7. The HP Smart app is not compatible with Win 7.

 

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.
