I am trying to print an A4 document with bleed on a deskjet 2632. When I try to print from pdf or original indesign document it only bleeds to the left and cuts off the bottom of the page. Can anyone tell me what is happening please?!!! I have 13 copies I need to get printed urgently for a charity project. Thanks so much

@2_Rabbits, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Check the paper margin settings on the app you are trying to print from.
This printer has a default minimum print margin set at 12.7 mm at the bottom. For more info, refer to Printing specifications section on the product specifications page.
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like Word, emails, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
To know how to change the print settings, refer to - Print Settings Guide
If you would like to change the paper size settings, refer to - Creating Custom Paper Sizes
Make sure both the devices are up to date with their software.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.
Also, check for any software updates on MAC
Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
