HP Officejet Pro 8028e

My HP Officejet Pro 8028e is locked and I cannot unlock it. I do not know the user name or password to unlock it as I never set it up to be locked. I am trying to connect it to my new Wifi.

I am so sorry but I have not been able to unlock my printer. I looked on both the back and bottom and cannot find a reset button. I also tried your suggestions for the user id and password with no luck. I don't know what else to do.
