When trying to make a single copy off the glass plate of an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet, I get a control panel error "Copy does not support A5". When I go into settings on the control panel, the "Paper Size and Type" is A5. When I hit the ">" to change the paper size it does not respond. It's locked on A5. I tried a number of things finally giving in and going into settings and under "Maintenance", reset the printer to "Factory Settings" as if it was a new printer setup. It did not fix the problem. I can print from my computer to the printer to 8 1/2 x 11, I just can't make a manual copy at the machine. Please advise if you have anything to offer. Sorry for the sideway pics.
