Hi @Vaso74,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing a claim code issue with your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

If the printed page titled "Congratulations" only lists an email address, then your printer is already claimed to an HP Smart account (formerly HP Connected).

Turn web services off and on to resolve the issue:

  • On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless icon and make a note of the IP address.
  • Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP.
  • Click the Settings tab. In the Security section, click Administrator Settings.
  • uncheck Webscan from EWS, and click Apply
  • And go back and enable it
  • A new page should print with a claim code

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi Anand_Andy.

Thank you for yor post, but it didn't help me. I have no Setting tab in my EWS. There are only these tabs:

Home, System, Print, Fax, Scan, Networking, HP Web Services. Did I do something wrong? Please can you help me more? Thank you.
