Hi @Smart01,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer's connectivity!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

The HP Smart Tank 6001 does not support Bluetooth connectivity, as it is designed to connect primarily through Wi-Fi or USB connections. Here are some steps to ensure proper connectivity:

Wi-Fi Connection:

Check Wi-Fi Settings:

  • Make sure your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
  • Ensure that your router is turned on and functioning properly.

Printer Setup:

  • Use the HP Smart app to set up your printer on a wireless network. Follow the app's instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi.

Network Configuration:

  • Ensure the printer is not set to airplane mode and is connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your printer, router, and the device you are trying to connect from. This can resolve minor network glitches.

Firewall or Security Software:

  • Temporarily disable any firewall or security software on your computer that might block the network connection.

USB Connection:

Check USB Cable:

  • Ensure the USB cable is properly connected between your printer and computer.

USB Port:

  • Try connecting the USB cable to a different port on your computer, if possible.

I hope this helps.
