Hi, I've ran all the relevant tests on my printer and they are all good. I have ink, I've aligned and I even have paper! When selecting to pribt a document, the request goes to the print queue but doesn't print out.
Can someone help me, please?

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.
There is so many options that can lead to this but lets try.restart the computer and printer to clear the printer spooler.Change the port u are printing to.Make sure the printer connects to computer.Hope this will help.
