I'm having the exact same problem as https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/My-Printer-is-not-showing-on-Hp-Smart-A...except I am on Mac OS Sonoma.
I have tried all the solutions proposed: I have unistalled and reinstalled HP Smart App, I have factory reset my printer, and I still have the same issue:
My printer appears in the App, but when I go to Manage HP Account it says I have 0 owned printers. The same happens when I log onto HP Smart online.

Hi @jph361 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're encountering this issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 printer not showing up on your HP account. Since you've already tried several troubleshooting steps without success, here are a few additional suggestions you could try:
- Check Network Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Mac. Sometimes, if they're on different networks, devices can't communicate properly.
- Update Firmware: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can usually find firmware update options in the printer's settings menu or on the HP support website. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- HP Smart Account Settings: Log into your HP Smart account from a web browser on your computer (not just the app) and check your account settings to ensure there are no restrictions or issues preventing your printer from being recognized.
- Firewall/Antivirus Settings: Sometimes firewall or antivirus software can block communication between devices. Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software on your Mac and see if that resolves the issue.
- Reset HP Smart Account: If none of the above steps work, you could try contacting HP support directly for assistance. They may be able to reset your HP Smart account or provide further troubleshooting steps specific to your situation.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
