Product: Hp office jet 3830
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My printer is paused and it won't let me resume it. I have tried everything besides, updating firmware and I feel like that might be it? Is there a firmware update on the printer? I just bought it a month ago.

Hi,

Please open System Preferences and then click on Printers & Scanners.

On the shown dialog click the Pause button at the top to resume printing.

 

May you see any difference, or would it switch back to Pause?

 

Please let me know what happens, as detailed as possible.
