Product: HP Deskjet F2420 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently managed to re-install the driver for my printer, and everything seemed fine - until I tried to print!
I have enough ink, a brand new HP 300XL black cart-ridge and the other colors. The solution center detects them, but when I try to print anything in black, it works like it's printing, but in the end the page stays blank.
Is there anything I can do, or this is the end for my printer?
EDIT: I forgot to add, I already cleaned the heads and I tried to see if the cartridge was defective, but that's not the case.
