- My printer is stuck on the firmware update option and canno move past that scree. Tried turning it off and on. Tried unplugging it and nothing worked. I can't access it through the app since the wifi password changed. The model is HP printer office jet pro 9730e.

Step 1: Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer using the Power button.
- Unplug the power cord and wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back in and turn the printer on. Check if the issue is resolved.
Step 2: Reset Network Settings
Since the Wi-Fi password changed, you will need to reset the network settings to reconnect to the new Wi-Fi network.
- Restore Wi-Fi setup mode: Use the printer control panel to restore Wi-Fi setup mode. You can usually do this by holding the Wi-Fi button and continuing as per the specific instructions for your model.
- Connect the printer to the new Wi-Fi network: Follow the Wireless setup wizard on the control panel to select your network and enter the new password.
Step 3: Update Firmware Manually
