I am not able to print from the internet. However I am able to print from my hard drive. When I try to print from the internet

I get a message that the printer is not activated Error code 20. I am on USB cable because I had trouble with the wireless connection in the past.

Hi @BOB1351 

What are you trying to print from Internet ? Is it a PDF file ?

 

Sometimes PDF files needs to be downloaded and then opened in Acrobat Reader to print.
