HP printer serial [Personal Information Removed]
I have an HP printer that has stopped printing, but a motor runs and nothing happens, There was a notice that said "pick Motor stalled".

Based on serial number this is a 9 year old 8600 E Aio Printer N911A.
Based on age it is possible that the pickup rollers are dirty or worn. Try cleaning them with a lint free water dampened cloth.
