Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9013 All-in-One Printer

My Officejet Pro 9013 displays a bluescreen with code B834B316. Kindly help

Hi @TinoOfficejetPr,

A blue screen with a code is a firmware/system error. Try a full power reset first:

  1. With the printer on, unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet for 60 seconds.
  2. Plug it directly into the wall outlet (no power strip) and turn it on.
  3. If the code returns, the printer needs service. Check the warranty at https://support.hp.com/check-warranty and contact HP at https://support.hp.com/contact-hp. Give them the exact code.
