My printer, striped printing

My printer, despite having done all the various options (head cleaning, etc.) and the two cartridges are still good, prints badly. Especially the black color. The printer , until two weeks ago it worked well! is wifi connected to the home network. We use both Mac and PC,

Does this happen while copying too?

1. On the printer control panel, touch the Setupicon.

2. Swipe up on the display, touch Tools, and then touch Align Cartridges.

   The printer prints an alignment page.

After aligning the ink cartridges, try to print.
