I would suggest you try the Windows built-in drivers. Follow the steps below:
• Go to Control Panel - Devices and Printers - Click on "Add printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.
• When the page prompts for the drivers, select "Windows update". The driver list will be updated.
• Click HP, Hewlett Packard, or Hewlett-Packard in the Manufacturer pane, and then click the name of your printer in the Printers pane.
Refer to this document HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver for help.
Let me know if this helps.
Give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers and did reply to you!
Thanks!
Have a great day!

Sorr,y, it didnt help.
First I removed HP smart and drivers using printui /s.
Then rebooted the computer
Installed the Windows 10 built in driver and used the TCP/IP port (the printers IP -adress).
The driver installed fine but windows keeps telling me the printer is offline.
I also turned of the firewall in the router.
The computer says printer is offline and the printer itself says its necassary to visit 123.hp.com (same problem).
fyi: It is possible to ping the printers IP-adress from computer regardless of the routers firewall,

Forgot to tell you:
If I first reset the printer to factory settings, then it is possible to use the app HP smart on computer to connect to printer (direct connect I guess) and set up the wifi and so on, but the setup guide will never succedd because of the error code assigning to the HP account.

Nope. Once I tried setup HP smart on an android device, but it ended up with an error at same point (connecting to the HP account) during setup .
Today i tried using another computer. That didnt work either. I got exact same error at same point. I did this:
I downloaded and installed HP smart
I followed the guide to setup a new printer. The guide found my printer on the network so I could select it.
I had to type the printers pin-code
HP smart informs me about online services. (cannot pass these steps)
HP smart says its needed to confirm that I will use an HP account, connet printer to internet and use HP toner. I confirm.
Next step is to log in to an HP account
Error code: 0W_4XX_0WSWS00001
I also repeated all these steps on computer #2, b ut first I uninstalled HP smart.
After I uninstalled HP smart I downloaded it again and installed it.
I created i new HP account , logged in to the new account and then started to install a new printer with same error.
So I have tried install the printer using the app HP smart on
computer 1
computer 2
android device
all with same problem.
On computer 1 I have tried install windows 10 built in driver and connect it to TCP/IP port but computer says printer is offline (but it is possible to ping the printers IP adress from computer).
I have noticed in the HP smart-app when you select [More info]-button it tells printer wont print anymore if it doesnt have an connection to internet for a while. As far as i understand the printer MUST have an internet-connection to print at all. Maybe the printer sometime lost connection to internet and dont understand that it is connected again.

So, when will the update be available?
No, I cant print with a regular driver. The computer says the printer is offline (still I can ping the printers IP-adress).
When pressing the info-button on printer it says I need to go to 123.hp.com . (123.hp.com only gives me the app HP smart that wont work)
But once again: I was able to print for a couple of weeks just after first setup, but suddenly it went "offline" and I was told to complete setup using HP smart.
