My printer wont do the final setting up, it says that it cannot connect to the printer

If your HP DeskJet 2822e All-in-One Printer is having trouble completing the setup and connecting to Windows 11, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Connectivity:

  • Ensure that the Wi-Fi network is working properly and the printer is connected to the same network.
  • Verify that the USB cable (if used) is properly connected to both the printer and the computer.

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off the printer and the computer, then turn them back on.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router to ensure it is functioning correctly.

Driver and Software Update:

  • Make sure you have the latest printer driver installed. You can download the latest driver from the HP website: HP Official Site.
  • Install any necessary updates for Windows 11.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • If the setup is still not completed, try uninstalling the printer software and reinstalling it.
  • Follow these steps:
    1. Go to Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
    2. Select your HP DeskJet 2822e printer and click Remove device.
    3. Download the printer software from the HP website and install it again.

Verify Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that the printer is set to connect via Wi-Fi.
  • Follow the printer’s manual or setup guide to reconfigure the network settings.

Use HP Smart App:

  • Download the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store.
  • Add your printer in the HP Smart app and follow the on-screen instructions for setting up the printer.
