Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The firmware update that is suppose to fix the error (Printhead Missing) for my Officejet Pro 8610 is not working, what else can be done.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a printhead error on the printer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
