Product: HP Officejet 4630

My printer started displaying several error codes. I would do a hard reset and the printer would start back working. Now the printer will not even power on. Is it time to send it to the printer graveyard 😞

I'm afraid this is a possible hardware failure with the printer. Let us try some troubleshooting steps and try to resolve it.

 

Follow the steps in this document (Internal power supply)

 

If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp 

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
