AUN NO HE DESEMPAQUETADO LA IMPRESORA HP ENWY 6420E.

NO SE SI AL INSTALARLA ,ME AYUDARA A CAMBIAR EL SISTEMA OPERATIVO ,

¿DEBO DECIRLE A MAZON QUE QUIERO CAMBIAR CAMBIAR LA IMPRESORA POR OTRA ?

¿O PUEDO DESEMPAQUETARLA E INSTALARLA SIN PROBLEMAS ?

POR EJEMPLO LA ENVY PRO 5SE  PARECE SER QUE TIENE LAS MISMAS FUNCIONES (TODO EN UNO) PERO VA CON WINDOWS VISTA O DESCARGAR EL SISTEMA OPERATIVO NUEVO WINDOWS 10 ANTES.

¿QUE HAGO ANTES DESEMPAQUETARLA O DESPUES ?
