Hello 

i do not succeed to install my printer HP Deskjet 3050 on my MacBookAir.

It seems that I need the pilot installation driver 2.3.2.

but I can not find the download of it.

can someone please support on this?

Hi,

Please clarify your OS version, such information is crucial to better understand what drivers are missing.

Click the Apple icon and then About This Mac to locate the exact OS version

Thanks for clarifying @Koutji,

Let's download and install below drivers:

https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/macOS12/hp...

 

During the installation be sure to allow any prompt, also under System Preferences > Security & Privacy look for an Allow button to allow the HP extension installation.

 

Once completing the installation add the printer under Devices & Printers, be sure to select the printer model within the Use drop-down menu and try printing.
