Need HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 Printer Driver for Mac

Can't install the driver from HP official website successfully. 

Tried few times.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to install the printer driver and getting an error.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you remove the printer from your computer and then download and install the driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Still the same, not working, tried all the steps as you listed recently.

Even in the 'Supply Levels', it's shown 'information not available'.

Do you have HP Easy Start installed on the computer?

 

If yes, follow the below steps to uninstall the printer and then add it again.

 

  1. Go to 123.hp.com/setup, and then click Download.
  2. After the software downloads, open HP Easy Start.
  3. Click File, and then select Uninstall HP Software... from the menu.
    Figure : Select Uninstall HP Software.
  4. Read any warnings that display, and then click Continue.
  5. When prompted, type your administrator user name and password.
  6. HP Uninstaller removes all HP printer software previously installed.
  7. If you are reinstalling the HP printer software, click Set Up New Device, and then follow the instructions to install the printer with HP EasyStart.
