Need OOBE reset instructions for HP Deskjet 2623

My Deskjet 2623 won't recognised refilled HP cartridges (it wants me to insert the original setup cartridges, which I no longer have).  I've tried every tip from every other user to try to fix it (e.g. disable cartridge protection, turn printer off at power point and reinsert each cartridge, etc).   I've noticed that other people with this problem have been sent instructions for an OOBE reset of the printer by an HP support person.  That's what I'd like to try if I can get the instructions.  (Note my deskjet is a 2623 not a 2655).
