Hi @beedoom01, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To update your Samsung Xpress M2070W printer and connect it to your new Wi-Fi network on a Windows 11 system, please follow these steps:

1. Download and Install the Latest Driver:

Samsung's printer division was acquired by HP, so you'll find the necessary drivers on HP's support website.

Access the Driver:

Select Your Operating System:

  • Ensure that "Windows 11" is selected as your operating system.

Download the Driver:

  • Under the "Driver-Product Installation Software" section, locate the latest driver compatible with Windows 11 and click "Download."

Install the Driver:

  • Once downloaded, run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

2. Connect the Printer to Your New Wi-Fi Network:

After installing the driver, you'll need to configure your printer to connect to your new Wi-Fi network.

Using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):

  • On Your Printer:
    • Press and hold the WPS button on your printer for about 2-4 seconds.
  • On Your Router:
    • Within two minutes, press the WPS button on your router.
  • Connection Confirmation:
    • Wait for the printer to indicate a successful connection, usually through a solid blue Wi-Fi light.

Manual Setup via Printer's Control Panel:

  • Access Network Settings:
    • Navigate to the printer's menu and select "Network."
  • Select Wi-Fi Network:
    • Choose "Wireless" and then "Wi-Fi Network."
  • Enter Credentials:
    • Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password using the printer's keypad.
  • Confirm Connection:
    • The printer will attempt to connect and display a confirmation message upon success.

3. Update Printer Firmware (If Necessary):

Keeping your printer's firmware up to date ensures optimal performance and compatibility.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • On the same HP Support page, look for any available firmware updates under the "Firmware" section.

Download and Install:

  • If an update is available, download it and follow the provided instructions to install it on your printer.

4. Access the User Manual:

For detailed instructions and troubleshooting, refer to the printer's user manual.

  • Download the Manual:
    • Visit the HP Support page and navigate to the "User Guides" section to download the manual.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
