Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

Printer kept going offline. Can't print from Windows 10 pc, but can print using airprint fron an IPAD. Couldn't resolve the issue. Told to delete the printer and reinstall. Now the printer is not recognized by the system.
