Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need the latest firmware update for an Officejet Pro 7740, The HP Support site link in broken for both windows and Mac versions of the firmware update! HP Smart is not that smart and does not appear to pride capability of firmware upgrade.

 

This particular HP printer has been glitchy for ages hence trying to find a firmware upgrade to see if that solves the issue. The printer will not connect to the HP server for web updates directly either, but I think that is supposed to be fixed by the latest firmware too!
