  • I have been using this printer for almost 8 months until on 20th January, 2023. It just could not print. I switched it off and on several times and restarted my laptop hoping it will start printing, but to no avail. I thought uninstalling the drivers for the printer and reinstalling might solve the problem but drivers did not complete installation. I have downloaded several drivers hoping that maybe one driver may work out, but it is still unoperable. Several times I reinstalled the drivers but they just fail to complete with installation. I tried to set up the printer manually which worked but the printer does not print, it gives an error message. I tried to stop and restart spooling in the active domain services but it does not work. I updated my windows OS and driver pack but this availed nothing. Please assist
