I have the same problem . My printer is a brand new color laser 150nw. The instructions and the printer web page don't seem to match so I cannot get the claim code. The printer works very well (wifi to the BT modem from there to ethernet via a switch to the ethernet PC) but I cannot get anywhere near a claim code for alexa

Sorry not your fault, but have you looked at the instructions you kindly sent me? I don't have the time to faff about like this trying to get a simple function to work. I'm sure that HP top brass get their under butler's IT team to fix things like this for them, but I bought a printer, not a mind game.

I found another way to print out my shopping list - I select print from the Amazon list screen.

If one of the desired functions is to link the printer directly to Alexa, this printer should be avoided, despite the hype.

But thank you again for your efforts.
