HP Officejet Pro 8100 ePrinter - N811a/N811d
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason I cannot get anything to eprint in my OfficeJet Pro 8210.  I checked the printer itself and it tells me what the eprint email address is and I have logged into HPSmart and it says my 8210 is the printer and shows the same email address as the printer but if I send a small word docx file to the printer via that email address, I get an email from HP that says my eprint job was received but nothing prints.  Note that my 8210 is connected to my router via a wired connection NOT a wireless connection so I don't know what is wrong and I'm not sure what my next steps in troubleshooting are.  Can someone help?  Not urgent but I'd like to get this resolved if possible.   Thanks.

Thanks for clarifying @Moondoggy51.

Let’s start with ensuring that the latest firmware is installed, please follow below utility and then check for any difference:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ojp8210/2151A/OJP8210_2151A.exe

If the same persists, try removing HP Web Services:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

Then follow the steps to enable web services back and check for any change.

Hi,

Is it an Officejet Pro 8100 printer or Officejet Pro 8210?

You indicate 8100 in your post description, but 8210 within its content, so please calrify what is your printer model first, so any further steps can be provided accordingly.

It's an HP OfficeJet Pro 8210

My printer is an HP OfficeJet Pro 8210.  My old printer was an 8100 and I unfortunately I had not updated my HP Support Profile to remove the old printer and add the new one so that's why the tag was messed up.  My profile has now been updated to reflect the correct printer model and serial number

Thanks for the input.

The Firmware was up to date so I went to the next step and uninstalled and reinstalled the HP Web Services and noticed that after the setup I had a new claim code and a new printer address from the Congratulations page that was printed.  I signed on to HP Smart online and after inputting my new Claim code I was able to send an email containing a one page .DOCX file to the new email address and the page successfully printed.  Thanks so much for the help as my issue is now resolved.
