Helping a friend. Their HP Smart Tank 5101 was bought 6 months ago. It wasn't printing the pages it was told to print. Internet search stated the driver should be removed and reinstalled. Great. Removed printer driver. Went to HP support site. They don't have a printer driver you can download for the Smart Tank 5101. Should be simple fix. Where can I find this driver? Windows 10 64-bit.

I understand how it must be when a printer that’s only a few months old suddenly stops working the way it should. 
 

In the meantime, here are a few  steps where you can try updating the drivers :

Windows Update drivers: On Windows, many HP printers don’t require a separate driver download. The driver is automatically installed through Windows Update once the printer is connected via USB or Wi-Fi.

HP Smart app: Instead of a standalone driver, HP often provides the HP Smart app, which manages installation, updates, and troubleshooting. Downloading this app from the Microsoft Store or HP’s website usually resolves driver issues.
