HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

Hello!  I have had this printer since 2016 and loved it. Since the latest update on windows, it wnot print documents. It prints fine from the actual printer, but jobs sent from my internet will come out as a splotchy burr. It is no longer operational since the latest windows update. I went in and downloaded the driver recommended in HP smart. It still will not work. I can't seem to find a human to help. Any advice? JoAnne.   [Personal Information Removed]

You listed the 32bit version of windows.  I assume you have the 64 bit version.

please remove any previous printer drivers by running the following app using the windows admin command prompt

printui /s

for example

Then install the full feature software for your 8610E
