Need to contact HP Support; cannot as S/N says invalid

Hi, 

I am trying to set up my new printer to my HP account. When I try to finish setup, my account has an error message that reads that there is a technical issue and if I need assistance to contact HP Support. Error code: EBS00P0013. When I try to contact HP Support, I go to add my printer to my account with the Serial Number and I get a message back saying that I need to enter a valid serial number. I have inputted the correct serial number in numerous times and continue to get the same message. I have used the S/N from the back of my printer and from my printer box that was shipped. I just ordered this printer 3 days ago from HP online. 

I need to finish setting up my printer and am unsure of what to do next since I cannot get a phone number for a support desk without inputting a “valid” serial number, which mine is.
