My HP MFP 178nw does not print from my iphone 10s max. trying to Air Print but get message "No printers Found"

I understand you need information on performing a factory reset on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
