The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I don’t see an private message icon next to my use name in the upper right, nor in the drop down box.
When I click on the link in your message, it just takes me to the sign-in page, and when I sign it, it says I have no messages.

Hi @TOG3,
I'd like to help!
I understand you would like to perform a reset on the printer.
Follow the below steps to perform a reset-
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults
1.From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Printer Maintenance.
3. Touch Restore.
4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I also have error code B305DFF9 on an HP Officejet Pro 9010 which I've been unable to resolve. I understand that a factory reset can resolve this problem. Please send me factory reset instructions for this specific printer.
