Hey guys,
need to reset my OfficeJet Pro 9010 series too.
It's saying that I have to register my instant ink cartridges first before I can use the printer.
Then the printer wants to print a callibration page which is not possible because of no cartridges.
It's like a round about. 😄
Please could u advice?
I assume it's something with the WiFi.
Can't get into the settings menu too. u know why. haha

Could you share an image of the cartridges you are using?
Is your printer enrolled in instant ink?
If yes, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I use instant ink now for several months. Always good experience. Since now.

I have the printer connected to my pc.
Now the printer wants to download an update.
But it has not connect to my wifi (which usually has) and LAN is to far.
Is there a possibilitiy to install the update via USB?
AND it says that I have incompatible inkjet cartridges which is very strange as i got them from you and they work until a few days ago.
