Need to log into Printer EWS

[AMRp2400]

There is a firmware update due for my printer, but when I log into HP Smart and go to advanced settings it says the firmware update is locked by the admin. This exactly what the screen reads:

Windows Security

HP Smart

The server [omitted} is asking for your user name and password.

That server also reports: "admin".

I checked for the PIN on the back and bottom of the printer and there's nothing there that works. Please tell me how to reset the username and password so I can install the update.
