Product: HP Photo Envy 6200 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I need to order a printer driver CD for my HP Photo Envy 6200 series printer as my laptop cannot access the 123.hp.com page to download it.

 

The book that came with the printer says I can order one via www.support.hp.com but I just keep come back to the download options.

 

Can anyone direct me to the web or email address to order.

Likely faster to figure out why you can't download . I would call the HP helpline to order if you can't resolve your download issue .
